Right of withdrawal
Based on Legislative Decree N° 206 of 2005, if the customer is not satisfied with the products/accessories they have received, they can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a written communication to Ornitalia Product Service s.r.l. at the email address ornitalia@ornitalia.com indicating:
• First and last name of the customer;
• Reference order number; List product(s) and/or accessory(ies) to be refunded; List product(s) and/or accessory(ies) to be refunded;
• List the product(s) and/or accessory(ies) to be refunded; Reason for withdrawal; Reason for withdrawal;
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
• The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (for example, accessories, etc.);
• The item(s) must be intact and returned in the original packaging, which must remain unopened, complete in all its parts, and especially in perfect condition and unused; The item(s) must not have been used even for testing.
• The item must not have been used even for testing;
• The item must include (if applicable) the original labeling and/or barcode;
• The shipping costs related to the return of the item are ALWAYS the customer’s responsibility.
• If the customer received free shipping at the time of the order, then this promotion will be considered null with the request for withdrawal, and therefore the related costs will be charged to the customer.
The right of withdrawal is completely forfeited due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good, packaging, and/or its contents, in cases where Ornitalia Product Service s.r.l. ascertains.
Return of the item subject to withdrawal
The item(s) to be returned (subject of the withdrawal) must be shipped directly by the customer using a courier of their choice (Post, Express Courier, etc.) and under their full responsibility.
The address to which the item to be returned should be sent is as follows:

It is specified that the shipment, until the acknowledgment of receipt at the Ornitalia Product Service s.r.l. headquarters, is under the full responsibility of the customer;
In case of damage to the goods during transport, Ornitalia Product Service will inform the customer of the incident within 7 working days from the receipt of the goods at their premises; in this event, the product will be made available to the customer for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
Ornitalia Product Service is in no way responsible for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;
Upon receipt of the goods subject to withdrawal, the refund will be made by Ornitalia Product Service s.r.l. exclusively on the value of the purchased goods net of any shipping costs paid by the customer, meaning that only the value of the goods will be refunded and not the shipping costs incurred by the customer for both delivery and return of the goods subject to withdrawal.
In this regard, it is specified that if the customer, at the time of purchase, received free shipping, this cost will be deducted from the value of the item being returned.
The refund for the item subject to the withdrawal will be made exclusively in the form of a PURCHASE VOUCHER that the customer can use in the future for a subsequent order.
The duration and validity of the Purchase Voucher is set to 18 months.
The refund period is 14 days. Upon issuance of the voucher, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
Purchase contracts entered into by minors
The purchase can only be made by adults.
However, if a minor were to make a purchase by providing false information regarding their age, or false indications to buy the desired item and/or to access the desired data, the parents are directly responsible for the payment of the purchased items, without prejudice to the withdrawal policy stated in these sales conditions.
Purchase methods
Purchases of the products, available as illustrated and described online in their respective descriptive sheets, are made at the price indicated therein, expressed in euros including VAT.
The prices displayed are valid only for Italy.
Transportation costs are not included in the price but are displayed separately at the time of purchase. Before confirming the purchase, you will be provided with a summary of the unit price of each selected product, the total cost in case of multiple products, and the related transportation fees.
By confirming the purchase, you will receive an email containing the date and total amount of your order along with its details.
User’s responsibility
The User is required to ensure that the data entered is truthful, complete, and up-to-date, and to promptly communicate any changes to the same.
In the event that false statements are made, the loss of benefits obtained from the provided services is foreseen. Ornitalia Product Service s.r.l. reserves the right to remove such individuals from its user lists after a formal and unaccepted invitation to self-correct.
