FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS
This formula can be prepared by mixing 2 parts of water with 1 part of dry formula, in terms of volume. This will produce about 24-26% solids. Generally, 10% of the chick’s body weight in grams is administered for each feeding. One gram will be equivalent to 1 ml of mixed formula. For example, a 200 g bird will be fed with 20 ml of mixed formula. Small species may require frequent feedings, and the young should be fed regularly.
